Jayco is putting it on the line with its Destiny name change in the biggest make-over to the full range of Jayco pop-top Recreational Vehicles since Freedoms were first introduced six years ago.

Jayco says it drew on the best of international RV design to develop its latest pop-top model - the Destiny range – to replace the Freedom as the No. 1 "value for money" touring brand in Australia.

The Destiny model has a similar luxurious interior as the newly released top-of-the-range Sterling series of caravans and pop-tops.

New features in the standard Destiny model include:

  • a brushed aluminium, four burner stove and range-hood;
  • a recessed stainless steel sink with glass lid; and
  • spacious overhead cupboards.

The new Jayco Destiny models are part of a continuing and comprehensive upgrade of its entire fleet of RV product. They can be viewed on www.jayco.com.au

The Destiny series’ sleek new look includes front moulding which complements the sheer-skinned, fibreglass walls. Stylish rear tail-light housing, a powder coated bumper bar, and new automotive-styled exterior graphics add to the neat contemporary finish.

The models also feature Jayco’s acclaimed "out-of-sight" engineering technologies including its galvanized, extra-strength Millennium chassis and Tough-frame construction system, and its smooth ride leaf-spring suspension and electric brake systems.

The décor is also new. A range of new wall, curtain, cushion and laminex colours has been introduced, as well as curved edging to the bench tops, and newly designed floor vinyl.

The latest in advanced manufacturing systems and engineering technologies, combined with the sourcing of high quality components and materials, and craftsman-like dedication to quality, continue to set Jayco product apart and ensure they retain their unmatched resale value.

Jayco has also achieved significant cost-savings through its ongoing efficiency drive, and these have been passed on to customers via minimum price increases for its entire 2006 product range.

As a result, the new Destiny series represents real value for money, with the standard model being a great magnet for first-time buyers of pop-tops.
